How do I place an order?
When you find an item you would like, simply click the button marked "Add to Shopping Cart". If you change your mind about an item, you can delete it from your Shopping Cart before you place your order. When you are finished shopping, you can proceed to the Checkout where we will collect payment and shipping information over our secure servers.
How long will it take to process my order?
Most orders are shipped within two business days of order placement.
What are my payment options?
The Cayuse Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
The Cayuse Shop uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit) encryption, the industry standard for Internet security. Your personal and credit card information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet during the checkout process.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are actual UPS delivery costs based on the zip code of your shipping destination, the delivery method you select, and the combined weight of items in your order. Additional handling charges may apply to large items, such as saddles.
Can I track delivery of my order?
Yes. Visit our tracking page or click the hyperlink in the email you received summarizing your order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders shipping to destinations in Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% state sales tax.
